A refrigerated showcase keeps chilled food and drinks at serving temperature while displaying them through clear glass. The unit draws heat out of the cabinet with a refrigerant circuit: a compressor circulates R290 gas, which absorbs heat as it evaporates inside the walls and releases it outside. The cooled air settles on the shelves, maintaining a steady temperature between -1 and +5 °C. Because the doors are hinged, the entire front opens for quick restocking without breaking the refrigerated seal.

To use the showcase, load the five adjustable metal shelves with pre-chilled items. Set the desired temperature on the digital controller, which can be accessed via Bluetooth or NFC from a mobile device. The controller also allows the unit to be linked with others in a continuous line, sharing the same temperature and lighting settings. Once the compressor starts, the internal LED strips light the cabinet vertically and horizontally, ensuring even visibility. The acrylic front riser and ticket strip keep items organised and labels visible.

The cabinet is built with solid 40 mm endwalls lined with mirrored panels to reflect light and enhance the display. Stainless steel bumper bars protect the exterior from impacts, while the variable-speed compressor adjusts its output to save energy when the doors remain closed. Shelves can be tilted or repositioned to accommodate different product heights.

With a 555 L volume, the showcase holds a substantial quantity of chilled goods, making it suitable for busy service areas. Its 1017 mm width, 805 mm depth, and 2095 mm height fit standard worktop layouts, while the 260 kg weight requires a stable floor or reinforced counter. The 0.795 kW power rating indicates the load it places on a 220-240 V circuit, typical for commercial refrigeration.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass doors, metal shelves, and mirrored interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The LED lights and compressor require no regular maintenance beyond checking for dust accumulation on the condenser coils at the rear. The R290 refrigerant is pre-charged and sealed, with no need for top-ups.

The MDCA937HB is designed for uninterrupted lines, allowing multiple units to be joined side by side. It includes a ticket strip and acrylic riser as standard, with no additional variants listed.
