A refrigerated showcase keeps chilled food and drinks at serving temperature while displaying them under bright, even light. A variable-speed compressor circulates refrigerant through concealed coils, removing heat from the interior and rejecting it at the rear. The insulated cabinet and double-glazed doors trap the cold air, so the unit holds a steady temperature between -1 °C and +5 °C without frequent cycling. This range keeps dairy, deli meats, salads and bottled drinks ready for immediate sale while preserving texture and flavour.

The operator loads the five adjustable metal shelves with product, tilting them forward if needed to improve visibility. The hinged doors open outward for easy restocking, then close to seal the cabinet. A Bluetooth and NFC-enabled controller sets the target temperature and monitors performance remotely. When multiple showcases are installed side by side, they can be linked into a continuous line, sharing the same temperature programme and lighting schedule.

The cabinet is built with 40 mm solid end walls and a mirrored interior that reflects light across every shelf. Internal vertical and horizontal LED strips illuminate the contents without shadows. A stainless-steel bumper bar protects the front edge from trolleys and carts, while an acrylic riser and ticket strip at the front keep labels visible and products neatly arranged. The exterior finish is easy-clean and resistant to fingerprints.

Five metal shelves, each 1250 mm wide and 400 mm deep, provide organised storage for packaged goods. The 740 litre volume allows a large assortment of items to be displayed at once. The 0.807 kW power rating indicates the load the unit places on the electrical circuit, suitable for a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply found in most professional kitchens. The 335 kg weight means the showcase must be positioned on a level, load-bearing floor and moved with a pallet truck or similar equipment. The 1330 mm width, 805 mm depth and 2095 mm height define the footprint and clearance needed in the sales area.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasive pads that could scratch the finish. The shelves and riser can be removed for thorough cleaning. The LED lights require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The refrigerant charge of 130 g R290 is sealed within the system and does not need routine replenishment.
