It circulates cold air evenly across every shelf, maintaining a steady temperature that slows bacterial growth and preserves freshness. The refrigeration cycle pulls heat from inside the cabinet and expels it at the rear, so the unit must stand clear of walls and other equipment to let the heat escape. Because the doors are opened frequently, the cooler recovers quickly, restoring the set temperature before the next customer arrives.

The operator loads the shelves through self-closing doors that can be held open for larger items. A digital controller on the canopy sets the temperature between +1 °C and +8 °C, and the display shows the current reading. The LED interior light switches on automatically when the door opens, so the contents are always visible. Four adjustable wire shelves allow the height to be changed to fit different products, and the stainless steel base collects any condensation or spills for easy cleaning.

The cabinet is built on a black frame with a ventilated cooling system that distributes air evenly. Automatic defrost prevents ice build-up, so the cooler does not need manual defrosting.
