Refrigerator with two hinged doors, 535 l
A display cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks chilled while making them visible through a glass door. A refrigeration circuit circulates cold air inside the cabinet, lowering the temperature to the set range. The glass front and internal lighting let customers see the stock without opening the door, reducing cold-air loss and keeping energy use low.
The operator loads the shelves with cans or bottles, closes the door, and sets the desired temperature between +2 °C and +10 °C. The cooler then maintains that temperature automatically, cycling the compressor and fan as needed. The LED lighting in the door frame stays on to highlight the products, and the wire shelves can be repositioned to fit different bottle heights.
The cabinet is constructed from painted steel with a glass door and five white wire shelves, each 794 mm wide and 540 mm deep. The refrigerant is R290, charged at 115 g. The unit runs on a 220 V-240 V, 50 Hz supply and draws 0.41 kW.
A capacity of 535 L allows the cooler to hold up to 948 cans of 330 ml or 528 bottles of the same size. The temperature range of +2 °C to +10 °C suits soft drinks, beers and mixers that are typically served chilled but not frozen. The 153 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or pallet jack, and the 890 mm width fits standard worktop runs in bars and cafés.
Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, and defrosting is automatic. The glass door can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner to keep the display clear.
