A vertical bottle and can cooler that fits where wider units cannot, the TEFCOLD FS176H BLACK keeps drinks chilled to order without taking more than 435 mm of counter or floor space.

The refrigeration cycle draws heat from the interior and expels it at the rear. A compressor circulates refrigerant R600a through a sealed system; the refrigerant evaporates inside the cabinet, absorbing heat, then condenses outside, releasing it. The process repeats continuously, maintaining the set temperature range of +2 to +10 °C regardless of ambient conditions. The narrow footprint concentrates the cold air in a tall column, so every shelf receives even cooling without dead spots.

To load the cooler, slide the wire shelves outwards on their runners. Arrange cans or bottles upright on the shelves; the 342 × 266 mm wire grid allows air to circulate freely around each container. Close the glass door and set the thermostat to the desired temperature within the +2 to +10 °C range. Two vertical LED strips mounted inside the door frame illuminate the contents, making labels and branding visible from the front. The cooler starts automatically once plugged into a 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply, and the compressor cycles on and off to hold the temperature without manual intervention.

The cabinet is constructed from pre-coated steel panels, and the interior liner is aluminium. Five black wire shelves are included, each measuring 342 × 266 mm and adjustable in height. The glass door is hinged on the right and fitted with a magnetic seal. The refrigerant charge is 50 g of R600a, a hydrocarbon with low global-warming potential.

The 0.2 kW power rating indicates the load the cooler places on the electrical circuit; it draws less current than a typical domestic kettle, making it suitable for shared circuits in busy outlets. The 64 kg weight means the unit can be moved by two people using a sack trolley, but it is not designed for frequent relocation. The 114 L net volume provides storage for 200 × 330 ml cans, 100 × 500 ml cans, 100 × 330 ml bottles or 100 × 500 ml PET bottles, allowing operators to stock a variety of drinks without overcrowding. The temperature range of +2 to +10 °C is tailored for chilled beverages, keeping them cool but not frozen, so carbonation and flavour are preserved.

Cleaning involves wiping the wire shelves and aluminium interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The glass door should be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain visibility. The condenser coil at the rear should be vacuumed periodically to remove dust, ensuring efficient heat exchange. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning or rearrangement.

The FS176H BLACK is a single model with no variants. It is designed for counter-top or floor use in cafés, convenience stores and similar outlets where space is limited.
