This bottle cooler maintains drinks at serving temperature by circulating cold air behind a sealed glass door. A compressor removes heat from inside, while a fan distributes chilled air evenly across all shelves. The process cools bottles and cans rapidly and keeps the glass free of frost, ensuring stock remains visible at all times.

Stock is loaded onto the shelves, the hinged glass door closed, and the temperature set between +2 °C and +10 °C. The fan activates automatically, the LED interior light illuminates, and the cooler operates until the desired temperature is achieved. Drinks can be accessed quickly, minimising door opening time to preserve internal temperature and reduce energy consumption.

The unit features a white exterior and a reversible glass door that can open left or right to fit the bar layout. Three wire shelves, each measuring 490 mm by 360 mm, adjust on runners to accommodate various bottle sizes. Four adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces, and the refrigerant used is R600a, with a charge of 50 g.

With a 190-litre capacity, the cooler can store up to 301 × 330 ml cans or 133 × 500 ml PET bottles, providing clear stock visibility for busy periods. The 0.229 kW power rating operates on a standard 220-240 V single-phase circuit. Weighing 62 kg, the unit can be moved by two staff members, and its 595 mm width fits through standard doorways and between worktops.

Maintenance includes daily wiping of the glass door to maintain clarity, weekly removal and washing of wire shelves in warm water, and quarterly vacuuming of the condenser coil to ensure proper airflow. The LED light requires no bulb replacements, and the reversible door hinge can be adjusted without tools.
