A refrigerated display cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks at a steady chilled temperature while letting customers see the stock through clear glass doors. Inside, a fan draws air over an evaporator coil cooled by refrigerant gas, spreading cold air evenly across every shelf. The circulating air prevents warm spots and ice build-up, so drinks stay at the set temperature without freezing. The glass doors slide open and close automatically, cutting cold-air loss each time a customer takes a drink, which keeps the internal temperature stable and reduces the load on the compressor.

To load the unit, the operator slides the glass doors open, places cans or bottles on the wire shelves, and closes the doors. The internal light switches on when the doors open, making the stock visible even in low ambient light. The temperature is set between +2 °C and +10 °C on a control panel, allowing the cooler to hold soft drinks, beers or mixers without freezing them. Once the temperature is selected, the refrigeration cycle runs continuously, maintaining the set point while the doors open and close throughout the day.

The cooler is built with a powder-coated inner liner and ten adjustable wire shelves, each 1072 mm wide and 470 mm deep. Four castors—two of them locking—allow the unit to be moved across the floor and then secured in place. The sliding glass doors are self-closing, so they shut automatically after each use, reducing energy waste and keeping the internal temperature consistent.

The 660 L volume holds up to 1152 standard 330 ml cans, 816 standard 500 ml cans, 560 standard 330 ml bottles or 560 standard 500 ml PET bottles. The 0.85 kW power rating means the unit draws a moderate load from a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply, suitable for most commercial kitchens and bars. The 174 kg weight requires two people to move the cooler safely, while the 1200 mm width, 735 mm depth and 1990 mm height fit through standard doorways and under most worktop overhangs.

Cleaning involves removing the shelves, wiping them with a damp cloth, and drying them before replacing. The interior liner and evaporator coil should be cleaned monthly with a mild detergent to prevent dust build-up, which can reduce cooling efficiency. The glass doors can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner to maintain visibility.

The cooler operates on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply and uses R290 refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact. The temperature range of +2 °C to +10 °C is designed for chilled drinks, not frozen goods or perishable food that requires lower temperatures.
