A refrigerated display cooler keeps bottled and canned drinks chilled by circulating cold air behind a glass front. The evaporator coil removes heat from the air inside the cabinet, and a fan spreads the cooled air evenly across every shelf. This method maintains a steady temperature throughout the unit, so the first can taken from the front is as cold as the last one at the back. The glass doors allow customers to see the stock without opening the cabinet, reducing warm air entry and energy use.

The operator loads the shelves with cans or bottles, adjusts the shelves to fit the height of the stock, and sets the digital controller to the desired temperature between -1 and +10 °C. The self-closing doors then seal the cabinet, and the internal LED lighting illuminates the products. The ventilated cooling system starts automatically, keeping the drinks at the set temperature until they are removed for sale.

The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel base and tempered double-glazed doors that resist condensation. Adjustable wire shelves support the stock, and wheels at the base allow the unit to be moved for cleaning or repositioning. A digital controller on the front panel displays the current temperature and allows the operator to set the cooling programme.

A capacity of 1264 litres holds up to 1240 standard 330 ml cans or 980 330 ml bottles, providing ample space for high-turnover displays. The 0.7 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical supply, suitable for a standard 220-240 V circuit. The 207.5 kg weight requires two people or a trolley to move the unit safely. Cleaning involves wiping the glass doors and stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The wire shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the wheels should be checked periodically to ensure smooth movement. The refrigerant R290 is used in a 130 g charge, which is contained within a sealed system requiring no routine maintenance.
