A refrigeration counter designed to maintain food at a consistent temperature range under a stainless-steel worktop surface. The unit circulates cold air using a fan, ensuring even cooling throughout. The refrigerant circuit employs R290, a low-impact hydrocarbon, to remove heat efficiently from stored items, preserving freshness longer than static cooling methods.

The hinged door opens up to a fixed angle and closes automatically when released below a right angle. Inside, two pull-out drawers accommodate two GN 2/3 gastronorm trays each. An electronic control panel allows temperature adjustment, displays the current setting, and activates an energy-saving mode when the door is shut.

Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel on the interior and food-grade stainless steel on the exterior, the cabinet features a 50 mm layer of high-density polyurethane foam insulation, free from CFCs, injected under pressure. The worktop includes a raised rear lip to contain spills, while a removable magnetic door seal ensures hygiene and insulation.

The control system includes a digital display and an electronic thermostat with energy-saving capabilities. The display provides real-time temperature readings and allows for target range adjustments.

With a 110 litre capacity, the unit holds multiple GN 2/3 trays. It operates on a 0.369 kW electrical load from a single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz supply. The 90 kg weight necessitates careful handling during movement. The dimensions of 1207 × 700 × 590 mm fit standard worktop widths and allow for rear ventilation.

Off-cycle defrost prevents ice build-up by pausing the refrigeration cycle while the fan continues to circulate air, melting frost naturally. Condensate evaporates automatically, eliminating the need for manual drainage. Smooth, rounded internal surfaces minimise dirt accumulation and simplify cleaning. A removable front panel grants access to internal components, and the ventilation grille supports built-in installation without compromising performance.

A 60 Hz version with R290 refrigerant is available. Adjustable stainless-steel legs enable levelling on uneven surfaces. The unit complies with climate class 4 (CC4), ensuring reliable operation in ambient conditions.
