A small rubbish bin designed to keep waste out of sight during table clearing in professional catering environments. Its compact size allows it to fit discreetly alongside service trolleys, preventing diners from viewing discarded items while staff move through dining areas.

The bin collects waste without requiring a separate lid, relying instead on its low profile and strategic placement to conceal contents. Operators load it by hand, depositing used cutlery, napkins or other small items directly into the container. When full, the bin lifts away from its mounting for emptying, then returns to its position on the trolley.

Constructed in black plastic, the bin contrasts with food-safe containers used elsewhere in the kitchen, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Four external hooks secure it to the sides of service trolleys, holding it steady during movement. The material resists moisture and is easily wiped clean between uses.

With a footprint of 330 by 230 millimetres and a height of 175 millimetres, the bin occupies minimal space on a trolley, leaving room for additional service items. Its 9.5 litre capacity suits short service periods or smaller waste volumes, such as those generated during room service or internal transport of non-food items.

Cleaning involves removing the bin from the trolley, emptying its contents, then wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth. The smooth plastic surface allows quick drying, ready for the next use.
