Airtight food containers maintain freshness by sealing out air that causes oxidation and spoilage. The double-lip lid design creates a tighter closure, reducing the oxygen inside the container when the lid is pressed down. A small channel in the lid allows excess air to escape, further lowering oxidation so food stays usable longer without drying or discolouring.

To use, fill the container with prepared ingredients, place the lid on top and press until it clicks into place. The tab on the lid gives a firm grip for opening, even with wet or greasy hands. Once sealed, the container stacks securely on gastronorm racks and shelves, keeping ingredients organised and visible.

The container is made of durable, food-safe plastic with an integrated traceability label that withstands repeated washing. The lid includes a colour-coded clip system for quick identification of contents or storage dates.

The 176 x 108 x 65 mm footprint matches the GN1/9 gastronorm standard, fitting standard kitchen racks and transport trolleys without wasted space. The 0.6 litre volume holds small batches of sauces, garnishes or prepped vegetables, keeping them separate and ready for service.

After use, the container and lid can be washed in commercial dishwashers. The airtight seal remains effective through repeated cycles, and the smooth surfaces allow easy removal of food residue.
