Pizza making accessory Gi.Metal NAP02

The Gi.Metal Professional pizza kit NAP02 is a comprehensive set designed for pizza making.

This kit is supplied in a soft yet resistant bag, measuring 690 mm in length, 500 mm in width, and 80 mm in height.

The contents include a main pizza peel with a 33 cm head and a 150 cm handle, alongside a smaller peel with a 23 cm head and a 150 cm handle. Both the main peel and the small peel are designed for disassembly into three pieces. This allows for configuration into a shorter version using two pieces or a longer version using all three pieces.

A case is provided for additional storage.

For temperature monitoring, the kit features a digital thermometer probe and a digital infrared thermometer.
