The horizontal rack for 96 sieves is a professional solution for pizzerias, bakeries and catering businesses where efficient work organisation and order in the kitchen are required.
A pizza screen rack keeps perforated metal discs off the worktop and lets air circulate around every screen so they dry in minutes after washing. Without a rack, screens stack flat, trapping moisture and slowing the next bake. This horizontal rack holds each screen at a slight angle, exposing both sides to the kitchen air flow and cutting the wait between uses.
The operator loads clean screens one by one into the slots, starting at the back and working forward. Each screen rests on two chromed steel rods, so nothing touches the perforated surface. When a screen is needed, it is lifted straight out; there is no need to shift other screens or reach over them. The open construction means every screen is visible and accessible, reducing the time spent searching for the right size.
The rack is built from chromed steel wire, which resists corrosion from water and cleaning chemicals. The chrome plating also gives a smooth surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth; no scrubbing or disassembly is required. The feet are small plastic caps that prevent scratching on stainless-steel worktops and stop the rack from sliding when screens are pulled out.
The dimensions of 36 cm wide, 22 cm deep and 26.5 cm high create a compact footprint that fits alongside the pizza station or under a shelf. The weight of 0.98 kg allows the rack to be carried with one hand when screens are not loaded. When fully loaded with 96 screens, the rack remains stable on the worktop and does not tip.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the chromed rods and frame with a damp cloth after each service. No detergents stronger than mild soap are needed, and the rack does not require rinsing or drying beyond what the kitchen air provides.
The rack is supplied as a single unit, ready to hold up to 96 screens of standard sizes.
