Pizza accessory Gi.Metal ACH-PP3

A wall-mounted holder keeps pizza spatulas, dough scrapers and pastry brushes within reach while freeing the worktop for preparation. The three slots are sized for standard tools, allowing each to hang upside down so the blade or bristle end dries quickly and stays clear of hands when the next tool is lifted.

The holder is fixed to the wall above the pizza station, placing tools at eye level and reducing the risk of accidental burns from a blade left lying on a hot surface. Aluminium construction gives a light but rigid frame that resists corrosion in a steamy kitchen environment.

To use, the operator simply slides the handle of each tool into its slot; no clamps or catches are needed. The tools remain visible and accessible, so the correct one can be selected without searching through a drawer or cupboard.

The unit measures 210 mm wide, 70 mm deep and 70 mm high, providing a compact footprint that fits above most pizza ovens or prep tables without obstructing movement.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the aluminium surface with a damp cloth to remove flour dust or oil splashes. No disassembly is required, and the open design prevents trapped debris.
