A counter-top organiser keeps the most-used pizza tools together where the chef can reach them without turning away from the worktop.
The rack stands on the work surface and provides nine vertical slots. Each slot holds one implement—peel, cutter, roller, brush or scraper—so the tools remain upright, visible and separated. This arrangement prevents the clutter that slows service and reduces the risk of cross-contamination between utensils.
To use, the operator simply places the required tools into the slots at the start of the shift. Throughout service, each tool is lifted out, used and returned to its slot, keeping the worktop clear and the next tool ready. The open design allows air to circulate around the implements, helping them dry quickly after washing.
The rack is made entirely of anodised aluminium. Anodising hardens the surface, making it more resistant to scratches and corrosion from kitchen moisture and acidic ingredients. The material is also lightweight, so the rack can be moved easily between stations or stored when not in use.
Weighing 0.9 kg, the unit is light enough to be carried by one hand yet stable enough to stay in place during busy service. Its compact footprint leaves the rest of the worktop free for dough, toppings and finished pizzas.
Cleaning is straightforward: the smooth anodised surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth or washed in the sink with mild detergent. Because the rack has no moving parts or hidden crevices, there are no areas where food debris can collect.
