Pastry showcase UNIS COOL PANORAMA-LOW-1000

A refrigerated patisserie showcase keeps delicate pastries, cakes and desserts at a steady cool temperature while presenting them through clear glass. The unit draws heat away from the display area with a quiet ventilation system, circulating chilled air evenly so every shelf stays within the set range. This method prevents condensation on the glass and maintains the texture and freshness of cream-filled or layered items that would spoil in warmer air.

The operator loads the showcase from the rear sliding door, arranging trays and stands on the shelves. The hinged front glass opens only when restocking or cleaning, keeping the interior sealed during service. An electronic control unit sets the temperature between +4 °C and +8 °C, and automatic defrosting cycles clear any ice build-up without manual intervention. The built-in LED lighting illuminates the display from above, casting an even glow that highlights colours and details without adding heat.

The PANORAMA LOW 1000 is built with a double-glazed front panel that insulates while remaining transparent. The exterior and interior surfaces are finished in stainless steel, and the cooling system uses the natural refrigerant R290. A single-phase 230 V supply powers the compressor, lighting and control unit, drawing 0.5 kW under normal operation.

The 990 mm width, 735 mm depth and 850 mm height create a compact footprint that fits beneath standard worktops or against a wall. The 145 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely, and the smooth-rolling castors allow it to be repositioned once in place.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass and stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent, and the automatic evaporation system removes condensate without a separate drain. The rear sliding door and hinged front panel can be removed for deeper cleaning, and the LED lighting is sealed against moisture.
