A refrigerated patisserie showcase keeps delicate pastries, gateaux and desserts at a steady chill while displaying them under bright, even light. The unit draws warm air from the shop floor, cools it with a low-charge R290 refrigerant circuit, and circulates it gently across the shelves. This ventilation cooling prevents hot spots and ice build-up, so every item stays at the same safe temperature without drying out.

The operator loads the showcase through the hinged front glass, arranging products on the tempered glass shelves. LED strips above each shelf switch on automatically, casting a soft glow that highlights colours and textures. The electronic control unit maintains the set temperature between +4 °C and +8 °C, while an automatic defrost cycle melts any frost on the evaporator and drains the condensate away. A rear sliding door gives access to the back of the shelves for restocking or cleaning without disturbing the front display.

The cabinet is built from double-glazed panels that insulate the interior and reduce condensation on the glass. Tempered glass shelves support the weight of heavy cakes and trays without sagging. The cooling system is mounted at the base, keeping the centre of gravity low for stability, and the entire unit stands on adjustable feet to level it on uneven floors.

The 0.160 kW power rating indicates a modest load on the electrical supply, suitable for a standard 230 V single-phase circuit found in most professional kitchens and retail spaces. Cleaning is straightforward: shelves lift out for washing, the interior surfaces wipe down with a damp cloth, and the automatic evaporation system handles condensate without manual intervention. The hinged front glass opens fully for access to the interior, and the rear sliding door simplifies restocking from the back.

The PANORAMA HIGH 600 is available with either three or four shelves, allowing the operator to choose the best configuration for the volume and type of products on display.
