A refrigerated display showcase keeps ice-cream at serving consistency by circulating chilled air evenly across every container. The Georgia III 1000 uses forced convection: a fan draws air over an evaporator coil, lowering its temperature before it is directed through ducts behind and beneath the GN containers. This method prevents hot spots and frost build-up, ensuring each scoop is firm yet creamy without freezing solid.

To operate, load the seven GN containers with prepared ice-cream. Set the electronic control to the desired holding range of +4 °C to +8 °C. The unit starts automatically, circulating chilled air while the fluorescent lamp above illuminates the product. A roller blind on the service side secures the contents when the counter is closed. At the end of service, remove the containers, switch off the showcase, and allow the automatic defrost cycle to clear the evaporator. Condensate drains into a collection bath and evaporates, leaving no manual drainage.

The structure is insulated stainless steel with double-tempered glass on the front and sides for thermal efficiency and visibility. The exterior is finished in gold, grey, or inox, with a matching blind. An EVCO electronic control unit governs temperature and defrost cycles.

The 0.87 kW power rating indicates the load on a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most commercial kitchens. The 1000 mm width fits a typical counter space, while the 169 kg weight requires two people or a trolley for positioning.

Cleaning follows the defrost cycle: wipe down the stainless steel interior and glass panels, then dry to prevent water marks. The roller blind should be cleaned separately to avoid damaging the mechanism.

The showcase is available in gold, grey, or inox exterior finishes. It includes seven GN ice-cream containers as standard.
