Temperature mode +2/+6 SERVE OVER
A serve-over display case keeps chilled food visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. Cool air circulates continuously behind the double-glazed front, drawn across the shelves by a quiet fan and recooled by an evaporator coil. The glass remains clear, condensation is minimised, and the food stays within the safe zone without drying out. The operator loads the two adjustable shelves through the rear sliding door, arranges the items, then sets the electronic control to the desired temperature band. Once plugged into a single-phase 230 V supply, the unit starts automatically; the built-in defrost cycle runs without intervention, melting frost from the coil and evaporating the water so no tray needs emptying. The case is built from stainless steel panels and a double-glazed front of tempered glass. Upper and lower LED strips illuminate the shelves evenly, while the rear door slides smoothly on its track for quick restocking. The cooling system uses R134a refrigerant, circulated by a hermetic compressor and fan assembly mounted beneath the worktop. An electronic control panel on the top right sets the temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C. The same panel displays the current reading and signals when the defrost cycle is active. The 200 kg weight is distributed across four adjustable feet, allowing the unit to sit level on uneven floors without vibration. The footprint of 990 mm by 743 mm fits behind most retail counters, while the 1095 mm height keeps the top shelf within easy reach. Two shelves provide space for trays or baskets of ready-to-eat items; the low version is chosen when ceiling height or customer sightlines are limited. The seamless inox finish lets you wipe away flour dust or sticky glaze in seconds, keeping the case gleaming under the double-glazed doors without streaks or fingerprints. The glass front can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive pads. The rear sliding door should be removed periodically to clean the track and seals, ensuring smooth operation and an airtight seal. The Virginia range offers a second version with three shelves and a height of 1324 mm for larger displays. Both models share the same cooling system, lighting and control features.
