A shelf rack system organises ingredients, crockery and utensils in a professional kitchen by holding items off the worktop and within easy reach. The frame supports horizontal shelves that distribute weight evenly, preventing sagging and allowing air to circulate around stored goods. The TEFCOLD Shelf Rack System Kit CRNF1221 is assembled from vertical posts and horizontal beams that lock together without tools. Shelves slide onto the beams and can be repositioned at any height to suit different container sizes. Each shelf carries up to 90 kg, and the system supports a total of 450 kg when two shelves are fitted.

To use the system, the operator first connects the vertical posts to the base feet. Horizontal beams are then clipped into place at the desired shelf positions. Shelves are lowered onto the beams and secured with retaining clips. Once loaded, the shelves remain stable under the stated weight limit, and the entire assembly can be moved by tilting it onto the base wheels.

The kit is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials designed for frequent washing. Shelves and frame components are dishwasher-safe, allowing thorough cleaning without disassembly. The smooth surfaces prevent food debris from adhering, reducing the time needed for daily upkeep.

The 90 kg load rating per shelf means the system can store bulk ingredients such as sacks of flour, cases of tinned goods or stacks of dinner plates without bending. The 450 kg total capacity for two shelves allows the unit to replace multiple smaller racks, freeing floor space in busy kitchens. The dishwasher-safe construction ensures compliance with hygiene standards, as all parts can be sanitised at high temperatures.
