Intended for CRNF1212/ CRNF1215 cold room
A shelf rack system creates organised storage space by holding shelves at set heights on vertical supports. The shelves rest on brackets or ledges, allowing them to be adjusted or removed without tools. This method keeps items accessible while maximising vertical space in kitchens, storerooms or refrigerated units. The design spreads weight evenly across the frame, preventing sagging and ensuring stability under heavy loads.
The TEFCOLD Shelf Rack System Kit is assembled by fitting vertical posts into base feet, then sliding shelves onto the supports at the required height. Each shelf locks into place, ready to hold containers, trays or loose items. The system can be expanded by adding more shelves or posts, or reconfigured to fit changing storage needs. Shelves are loaded from the front, making it easy to reach items without shifting others out of the way.
The kit is constructed from materials suitable for professional kitchen environments. Shelves and supports are designed to withstand frequent use and heavy loads without bending or warping. The dishwasher-safe feature allows for thorough cleaning, removing food debris and grease that can accumulate in storage areas.
Each shelf supports up to 90 kg, allowing bulk ingredients, large containers or stacked trays to be stored safely. The total capacity of 450 kg for two shelves means the system can handle significant weight without compromising stability. This makes it practical for storing heavy items like sacks of flour, large tins or multiple layers of prepared dishes.
Its adjustable design allows it to fit into corners, along walls or in gaps between equipment, turning unused vertical space into functional storage. The absence of fixed shelving means the layout can be adapted as needs change, without requiring new fixtures or structural changes.
Cleaning involves removing shelves and washing them in a dishwasher or by hand. The vertical posts and base feet can be wiped down with a damp cloth to remove dust or spills. Regular cleaning prevents the build-up of dirt and bacteria, maintaining hygiene standards in food storage areas.
