A shelf rack system organises ingredients, crockery and utensils in a professional kitchen by providing adjustable horizontal surfaces that keep items visible and accessible. The shelves rest on vertical supports, allowing the operator to set the spacing to match the height of stored goods. This modular arrangement eliminates the need for fixed cupboards, making it possible to reconfigure storage as menus or workflows change.

The operator assembles the kit by clipping the shelves onto the uprights at the desired intervals. Each shelf can then be loaded with up to 90 kg of evenly distributed weight, while the complete two-shelf unit supports a total of 450 kg. The shelves are removed for cleaning in a commercial dishwasher, ensuring hygiene without manual scrubbing.

Construction consists of coated metal frames and shelves designed for repeated assembly and disassembly. The materials resist corrosion and staining from kitchen moisture and detergents.

Two variants are available: CRPF1212 and CRPF1215, differing in shelf dimensions to suit various storage footprints.
