Intended for CRNF2130 cold room
A shelf rack system organises ingredients, utensils and prepared dishes in a professional kitchen by providing adjustable, open storage that keeps items visible and accessible. Vertical space is used instead of floor area, freeing worktops and walkways while allowing air to circulate around stored goods. The shelves rest on vertical supports and can be repositioned to fit different container heights, so the same rack adapts to baking trays, stock pots or small ingredient bins without wasted space.
The operator assembles the supports and shelves, then loads each shelf up to its stated capacity. Items are placed directly on the shelf surface or in containers that sit on it. Because the shelves are open, staff can see and reach what they need without moving other items, reducing handling time and the risk of spills. When the rack is full, it remains stable and does not tip, provided the weight is evenly distributed across each shelf.
The kit is constructed from materials that withstand repeated washing and the humidity of a busy kitchen. Shelves and supports are designed to be dishwasher-safe, so they can be cleaned alongside other kitchenware without disassembly. The maximum load of 90 kg per shelf means the rack can hold bulk ingredients, large containers or stacked smaller items without bending or warping. A total capacity of 450 kg across multiple shelves allows a single unit to replace several smaller storage solutions, consolidating space and simplifying inventory management.
Cleaning is straightforward: shelves and supports are removed and placed in a commercial dishwasher. The absence of enclosed spaces or complex joints prevents trapped food debris, so a standard wash cycle restores hygiene. Regular cleaning maintains the rack's appearance and prevents cross-contamination between stored items.
The system is positioned where storage is needed—along a wall, between workstations or inside a walk-in refrigerator—without requiring permanent installation. Its footprint is determined by the number of shelves used, allowing it to fit into tight spaces or expand as storage needs grow.
