A washing basket dispenser organises glass racks at the correct working height so staff can slide them into and out of the dishwasher without bending or lifting. The unit holds the racks on a spring-loaded platform that rises automatically as each rack is removed, keeping the next one at the same level. The springs are adjustable to match the weight of the racks, so the platform stays level whether it carries one rack or six.

To use the dispenser, the operator loads clean racks onto the platform from the top. The springs compress under the weight, lowering the stack. When a rack is needed, the operator pulls it forward from the front; the springs lift the remaining racks to the same height, ready for the next cycle. The front edge of the worktop is raised and rounded to prevent racks from sliding off, and the matte stainless steel surface reduces glare under kitchen lighting.

The dispenser is built on a frame of stainless steel, with a 1.5 mm thick stainless steel worktop. The front panels are moisture-resistant MDF with a laminated finish, and the customer-facing side has decorative trim starting 150 mm above the floor. Stainless steel protective profiles run along the edges of the front. A food-safe, waterproof silicone seal between the worktop sections prevents water and debris from collecting, making the unit easier to clean.
