| NOTES | A plate dispenser cover can be purchased separately (Art.: 19043375). |
Professional heated stainless steel plate dispenser with an adjustable spring system and a temperature range of +30…+90 °C, designed for approximately 40–45 plates. A plate dispenser cover can be purchased separately (Art.: 19043375).
This heated plate dispenser keeps crockery warm and ready for service, removing the need to reheat or dry plates between uses. The unit maintains a consistent temperature inside an insulated chamber, using an electric element to offset heat loss through the walls. This steady warmth prevents condensation, ensuring plates remain dry and at the correct temperature for plating hot food. The system uses gentle, even heat rather than rapid reheating, avoiding thermal shock or uneven warming across the stack.
The FAGOR IDPC-34 supports plates on a spring-loaded platform that rises automatically as each plate is taken. The stack is loaded from the top, with spring tension adjusted to suit the weight of the plates. Once the thermostat is set, the unit reaches and holds the chosen temperature, shown by a pilot light. Plates are removed from the front, with the platform rising to present the next one at a constant height. No manual handling of the stack is needed after the initial loading, reducing the risk of breakage or burns during service.
The dispenser is constructed entirely from stainless steel, selected for its durability and hygiene in busy kitchens. The interior is lined with high-density polyurethane insulation free from CFCs, minimising heat loss and reducing energy consumption. The spring system is made of steel, with individual springs that can be engaged or disengaged to fine-tune the lift for plates of varying weights. A control block on the front includes the adjustable thermostat, power indicator, and mains cable with a standard plug.
With a 0.48 kW power rating, the unit draws a modest load, suitable for a standard single-phase circuit. The 480 x 480 mm footprint allows placement on a worktop or under a counter, while the 730 mm height enables loading and unloading without bending. Weighing 26 kg, the dispenser can be moved by two people or on a trolley, though its compact size means repositioning is rarely needed. The 466 mm diameter opening fits standard dinner plates, with a capacity of 40 to 45 plates depending on their thickness.
Cleaning is simple: stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the removable spring platform can be lifted out for thorough cleaning. The insulation requires no maintenance, and the thermostat is sealed against moisture. A separate cover is available to protect the stack when the dispenser is not in use.
The IDPC-34 is available as a single model, with no variants. The only optional accessory is the matching cover, sold separately.
