This display freezer features a glass door, allowing frozen items to remain visible whilst maintaining low temperatures. A refrigeration cycle removes heat from the cabinet, with a fan ensuring even cold air distribution across the shelves. The glass door minimises cold-air loss when opened, reducing energy consumption and stabilising internal temperatures for extended storage periods.

To use, connect the freezer to a 220-240 V supply. Adjust the electronic thermostat to a temperature between -24 °C and -10 °C. Place products on the three wire shelves, each measuring 490 by 380 mm. The automatic defrost system prevents ice build-up, draining water away to keep the interior clear. LED lighting enhances visibility inside the cabinet, even in dim conditions.

Constructed from stainless steel, the cabinet resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The glass door includes a sealing gasket to maintain the cold environment. Shelves adjust in height to fit various package sizes, and their wire design promotes air circulation. The exterior dimensions of 600 by 600 mm suit under-counter placement, with an 850 mm height positioning the display at customer eye level.

With a 0.150 kW power rating, the unit is compatible with standard electrical circuits. The 120 litre volume offers ample storage space. Weighing 47 kg, the freezer can be relocated by two people using appropriate equipment, though it is intended for stationary use once installed.

Maintenance involves wiping stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wire shelves can be removed for cleaning, and the base drain should be checked regularly to prevent blockages. LED lighting requires only occasional dusting.
