An upright freezer maintains food at sub-zero temperatures by circulating refrigerant through a sealed system. The compressor draws heat from inside the cabinet and expels it outside, lowering the internal temperature below freezing. This continuous cycle preserves perishable goods without dehydration or freezer burn, making it essential for professional kitchens where bulk storage and quick access are needed.

To operate the UF200SG, plug the unit into a 220-240 V supply and set the electronic thermostat to the desired temperature between -24 °C and -10 °C. The heated glass door prevents condensation, allowing clear visibility of stored items. Load goods onto the two wire shelves, each measuring 490 by 380 mm, or directly onto the fixed freezing shelves. The LED interior light illuminates the cabinet when the door is opened, while the lock secures contents during service.
