A tabletop freezer keeps food solidly frozen by circulating cold air inside a sealed cabinet. The compressor draws refrigerant through coils, lowering the temperature below the set point. Air moves across the chilled coils and spreads evenly through the interior, pulling heat from the stored items. The heated self-closing glass door minimises warm air entering when opened, while the LED illuminated canopy and interior light let staff check stock without breaking the cold chain. Load the shelves with pre-packaged goods, set the desired temperature between -24 °C and -12 °C, and plug the unit into a 220-240 V 50 Hz circuit.
