A remote-powered cold showcase keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining precise temperatures. The external refrigeration unit circulates cooled air through ducts into the display cabinet. A fan inside the cabinet distributes the air evenly across the shelves, ensuring every item stays within the set range without frost or warm spots. This dynamic cooling method allows the showcase to hold products at stable temperatures even when the front glass is opened repeatedly during service.

The operator loads the stainless steel storage chamber from the rear through hinged doors, then arranges the items on the stainless steel exposition shelves. The electronic controller is set to the desired temperature between +1 °C and +10 °C; the digital display confirms the setting. When the night blind is drawn, the plexiglass panel reduces heat gain and protects the contents. LED lamps illuminate the display in white, confectionery or pink, chosen to enhance the appearance of the products.

The cabinet stands on a service-side base flashing made of white coated sheet metal, with front panels available in a selectable colour. The 20 mm grey granite worktop provides a durable surface for additional preparation or presentation. Anodised aluminium profiles in silver or gold frame the interior, and a coloured bumper protects the exterior. The front glass panel is straight and side-hung, and the automatic defrost system prevents ice build-up without manual intervention.

The 1560 mm width, 1230 mm depth and 1230 mm height create a substantial footprint that fits into larger retail spaces. The 230 V, 50 Hz power requirement matches a standard single-phase circuit, allowing the unit to be installed without special electrical work. The remote refrigeration unit can be placed outside the sales area, reducing noise and heat in the customer space.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel interior and granite worktop with a mild detergent, while the anodised aluminium profiles and coated sheet metal surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The LED lamps and night blind require occasional dusting, and the automatic defrost system eliminates the need for manual defrosting.

The SAMOS DEEP 1.56 is available with a choice of front panel colours, aluminium profile finishes, bumper colours and LED lamp colours. It is designed for remote power only, using an external refrigeration unit.
