The FIMAR SPM is a juice squeezer designed for professional use.

This appliance extracts juice from fruit and vegetables. A motor drives a rotating cone or reamer. As fruit is pressed against the reamer, juice and pulp are separated. The juice flows through perforations into a collection receptacle, while peel or solids are retained above.
