A single countertop appliance that extracts citrus juice, blends sauces and batters, and mixes doughs without changing attachments. The FIMAR GP3SFF switches between three distinct tools: a reamer for citrus halves, a high-speed blade for liquids, and a slower paddle for thicker mixtures.
Citrus juicers of this type press the fruit against a ridged cone, spinning it to release the juice while the pulp and pips stay behind. Blenders use a fast blade to shear ingredients into a smooth liquid, drawing them down into the vortex and then pushing them up the sides in a continuous loop. Mixers rely on a slower, broader paddle that folds and kneads, keeping the mixture homogeneous without overheating it. Each tool runs at its own speed, so the same motor can drive all three without adjustment beyond selecting the programme.
To use the GP3SFF, fit the required attachment, plug into a 230 V single-phase supply, and load the ingredients. The three power settings correspond to the three functions: low for citrus, medium for mixing, and high for blending. Start the motor with the push-button control; the unit runs until the button is released or the set time expires. Remove the bowl or jug, pour or scrape out the contents, and clean the parts.
The body is a single block of die-cast aluminium, giving a stable base that does not slide on a wet worktop. The attachments clip on and off without tools, and the juice spout directs the flow into a standard glass or jug. A transparent lid fits over the blending and mixing bowls to contain splashes.
The controls consist of a single push-button that starts and stops the motor, cycling through the three speed settings with each press. No timer or pulse function is provided; the operator controls the duration by holding the button.
The power rating of 0.15 + 0.35 + 0.12 kW shows the load on the electrical circuit for each function. The 230 V requirement means the unit plugs into a standard UK single-phase outlet, the same as most small kitchen appliances. The 11 kg weight keeps the appliance stable during operation but allows one person to move it for cleaning or storage. The footprint of 510 mm wide by 240 mm deep fits on a standard worktop or shelf, leaving room for other equipment.
Cleaning is limited to the parts that touch food: the reamer, the blending blade, the mixing paddle, the bowls and the lid. These detach and wash in hot water with detergent, then air-dry. The aluminium body wipes clean with a damp cloth; no water should enter the motor housing.
The GP3SFF is a single model with no variants or accessories listed. It is catalogued under countertop food preparation equipment, alongside other multi-function appliances for professional kitchens.
