A rigid aluminium box carries two 45 cm thermal pizza bags on a scooter without insulation, keeping the load visible and accessible while protecting it from rain and road spray.

The box relies on the thermal bags themselves to maintain temperature. Its open construction allows air to circulate around the bags, which prevents condensation from forming inside the box and keeps the exterior of the bags dry. The central shelf separates the two bags so they do not press together, preserving their shape and heat distribution.

To use the box, the operator places each 45 cm thermal bag on the shelf, closes the door and secures it with the key lock. The box is then mounted on the scooter using a separate fixing plate, which is not supplied. Once on the road, the box shields the bags from wind and water while the ventilated design continues to reduce moisture build-up.

The box is made from yellow pre-coated aluminium, chosen for its light weight and resistance to corrosion. The door is fitted with a key lock to secure the contents during transit.
