A rigid aluminium box carries two 40 cm thermal pizza bags on a central shelf, keeping deliveries secure and organised during transport.

The box is not insulated, so it relies on the thermal performance of the bags themselves. Air circulates freely through ventilation gaps, preventing condensation from forming inside and keeping the bags dry. The open design also makes loading and unloading quick, as the bags slide straight onto the shelf without needing to seal the container.

To use the box, place two 40 cm thermal bags on the central shelf. Close the key-lock door to secure the contents. The box mounts directly to a scooter using a separate fixing plate, which is not included. Once fixed, the box remains stable while the scooter is in motion, protecting the bags from wind and road vibration.

The box is made from pre-coated yellow aluminium, chosen for its light weight and resistance to weather. The material does not rust, and the hard-wearing finish withstands daily exposure to rain and road spray. The door is fitted with a key-lock, allowing the operator to leave the scooter unattended without risk of theft.

Controls are limited to the key-lock mechanism, which secures the door in the closed position. No temperature or power settings are present, as the box itself does not heat or cool.

The internal dimensions of 460 x 480 x 450 mm are sized to hold two 40 cm thermal bags side by side. The external footprint of 510 x 520 x 500 mm fits neatly on the rear of a standard delivery scooter, while the 8.7 kg weight keeps the load manageable for urban use. The yellow colour ensures visibility on the road, reducing the risk of collisions.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the aluminium surfaces with a damp cloth to remove road dirt. The ventilation gaps should be kept clear of debris to maintain airflow. The central shelf can be removed for deeper cleaning if needed.
