This induction cooker uses an electromagnetic field beneath a smooth glass-ceramic surface to heat magnetic cookware directly. Heat is generated only in the pan's base, keeping the hob cool and reducing energy waste compared to gas or conventional electric hobs. Adjustments take effect instantly, helping maintain a cooler kitchen during extended use.

To use, place compatible cookware on the marked zone. A rotary knob selects one of ten power levels, shown on the LCD display. For temperature control, set a value between 60 °C and 240 °C in 20 °C increments. The unit activates immediately and holds the setting until switched off.

The appliance features a stainless-steel frame supporting a 395 mm square glass-ceramic plate. Its white finish blends with standard professional worktops. A single rotary control manages both power and temperature, streamlining operation.

With a 3.5 kW rating, the cooker operates on a 230 V single-phase circuit, enabling rapid boiling of large quantities.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass-ceramic surface with a damp cloth after each use, as the cool surface prevents residue build-up. The stainless-steel body can be cleaned with standard kitchen sanitiser without risk of damage.
