Elegant ice cream freezer 264 l
An ice cream freezer maintains a deep, steady chill by circulating refrigerant through an evaporator coil. The coil absorbs heat from the cabinet, lowering the air temperature below the freezing point of water. A compressor then raises the refrigerant pressure, releasing the captured heat outside the unit. This cycle repeats continuously, keeping the stored product at the set temperature without ice crystals forming or texture degrading.
To use the UDRS7, plug the unit into a 220-240 V supply. The digital thermometer displays the current temperature; adjust the control to bring the cabinet down to the desired -20 to -14 °C range. Once the temperature stabilises, load the ice cream into the basket and slide it into the powder-coated white liner. The castors allow the freezer to be rolled into position; engage the brake to keep it stationary during service.
The cabinet is constructed with a powder-coated white inner liner that resists staining and simplifies cleaning. Four castors, two with brakes, support the 98 kg weight and allow the unit to be moved across the kitchen floor. The refrigerant is R290, a hydrocarbon that has a low environmental impact.
A 0.5 kW power rating means the freezer draws a modest load on the electrical circuit, leaving capacity for other equipment. The 264 L volume provides space for bulk storage while the 1341 × 723 × 1253 mm footprint fits through standard doorways and under most worktops. The temperature range of -20 to -14 °C is chosen to keep ice cream firm yet scoopable, preventing over-hardening or softening.
Clean the interior by removing the basket and wiping the powder-coated liner with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads that could damage the coating. The castors should be checked periodically for smooth rolling and the brake function tested to ensure the unit stays in place during use.
The UDRS7 is a single model without variants. It is designed for professional catering use and is not a spare part for other equipment.
In the catalogue it is listed under Commercial Refrigeration, Ice Cream Freezers.
