The SANTIAGO M freezer showcase is loaded from the front through a telescopic glass lifting system. The curved windshield rises smoothly, giving full access to the stainless steel mesh baskets inside. Frozen food is arranged in the baskets, and the glass is lowered back into place. The electronic temperature regulator, with its digital display, is set to the desired temperature between -20 °C and -12 °C. LED fluorescent lamps illuminate the display area, highlighting the products while keeping heat emission low. Night blinds made of organic glass can be rolled down to cover the glass when the shop is closed, improving insulation and reducing energy consumption.

The showcase is built with a stainless steel interior and a granite worktop that resists scratches and stains. The body is made of white coated sheet metal, with the front base and panel available in a choice of colours. Insulation is provided by ecological polyurethane foam, which maintains the internal temperature efficiently. The inner frame and aluminium profiles can be finished in silver or gold, allowing the unit to match the shop's decor. A base sheet on the service side provides access for maintenance, while the automatic defrost and condensation evaporation systems reduce the need for manual intervention.

The 2540 mm width provides ample space for displaying a variety of frozen products, while the 1190 mm depth allows for multiple baskets to be arranged in rows. The 1230 mm height ensures the unit fits comfortably on most shop floors without obstructing sightlines. The 1.945 kW power rating indicates the load it places on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated circuit in a professional kitchen. The 230 V, 50 Hz voltage matches the standard UK mains supply, ensuring compatibility with existing installations.

Cleaning is straightforward due to the smooth surfaces of the stainless steel interior and granite worktop. The telescopic glass system can be lifted fully for access to the interior, and the mesh baskets can be removed for separate cleaning. The LED lamps and organic glass night blinds are wiped down with a damp cloth, while the exterior panels can be cleaned with standard kitchen cleaning agents.
