Ice Cream Display Cabinet IGLOO CU2-ICE140.14

The IGLOO CUBE 2 DEEP ICE 1400 mm is an ice-cream showcase, article CU2-ICE140.14.

This unit maintains frozen products at a consistent low temperature using a refrigeration system to remove heat from the internal display area. Cold air is circulated to keep contents frozen. Dynamic cooling provides even temperature distribution, and automatic defrost prevents ice build-up.

Ice cream is placed in the exhibition area, prepared for containers measuring 165 mm by 360 mm. The electronic temperature regulator with digital display sets the desired temperature. Manual night roller blinds offer protection when the unit is not in use.

Construction includes external glass elements made of combined glass with argon filling, available with black, white, or grey RAL7042 screen printing. The front panel is wooden melamine. The work surface and exhibition area are stainless steel. LED lighting is fitted at the top and in the front frame. It features automatic condenser evaporation and an internal refrigeration unit adapted for R448 A / R449 A refrigerant. An electronic temperature recorder with software is included, along with an alarm for condenser impurity or fan malfunction.

The minimum temperature is -20 °C, and the maximum is -10 °C. Dimensions are 1400 mm in length, 1145 mm in width, and 1400 mm in height.

Cleaning of the stainless steel surfaces can be carried out using standard cleaning agents. The condenser may require periodic checks for impurities as indicated by the alarm system.
