An ice-cream showcase keeps frozen product at serving temperature while displaying it under bright, even light. The ADRIA 1.25 uses a ventilated evaporator to circulate cold air across every shelf, preventing hot spots and ice build-up. This dynamic cooling method ensures that each container stays at the same low temperature, so the first scoop is as firm as the last. The operator loads the stainless steel worktop with up to twelve 360 × 165 mm containers, sets the electronic thermostat between -20 °C and -10 °C, and lowers the manual shutter at the end of service. Fluorescent LEDs inside the curved composite-glass sides illuminate the product without adding heat, while automatic defrost and condenser evaporation keep the unit running without daily intervention. The cabinet is built on anodised aluminium profiles in gold or silver, with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation sandwiched between the inner and outer skins. A folding double-glazed front gives clear visibility and easy access for cleaning. The entire unit is designed to be embedded in a counter or island, ready for custom panelling to match the kitchen décor. A 230 V, 50 Hz supply powers the internal freezing unit, drawing 16.7 kWh over 24 hours. Inside the showcase, R290 refrigerant circulates quietly, keeping every scoop of gelato firm without harming the kitchen's ambient air. The footprint of 1250 × 1160 mm fits most worktop runs, and the 1350 mm height allows customers to view the product at eye level. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel worktop and interior, removing the containers to wash them separately, and occasionally dusting the condenser coil at the rear. The electronic thermostat logs temperature data, helping staff monitor performance without manual checks.
