A hot beverage dispenser keeps water at serving temperature in a sealed tank, circulating it through a heating element to maintain a steady supply of hot liquid. When the operator selects a drink, the machine draws a measured volume of water, passes it through a powder container where the beverage dissolves, and delivers the finished drink into the cup below. The internal steam extraction system ensures the powder dissolves evenly, preserving flavour and preventing clumping.

To prepare drinks, the operator slides open the front doors, fills the removable water tank, and tops up the powder containers with tea, coffee or chocolate mix. The illuminated display shows the current status—heating, dispensing, or maintenance alerts—while two portion buttons let staff choose between small and large servings. A low-water warning prevents dry operation, and the anti-scale filter reduces limescale build-up inside the tank and pipes. When the display signals a cleaning cycle or filter change, the operator removes the containers, rinses them, and replaces the filter cartridge.

The dispenser is built with a stainless-steel tank and powder containers that lift out for daily cleaning. The front panel is finished in black or white, with a multilingual menu that adapts to different staff languages. A 1.25 kW heating element draws power from a 220-240 V single-phase circuit, the standard supply in professional kitchens. The unit measures 212 mm deep, 450 mm wide and 495 mm high, fitting on most worktops without overhang, and weighs 15 kg, allowing one person to position it safely.

Maintenance involves rinsing the removable containers, wiping the exterior with a damp cloth, and replacing the anti-scale filter at the interval the display indicates. The 2.4 L tank capacity supports continuous service without frequent refills, while the compact footprint leaves space for other counter-top equipment.
