A cold beverage dispenser keeps drinks chilled by circulating refrigerant through a cooling coil wrapped around each tank. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the liquid inside, lowering its temperature without freezing it. This method maintains a consistent chill, ensuring drinks stay refreshing while preserving their flavour and texture. The insulated tanks slow heat transfer from the surroundings, reducing energy use and keeping beverages cold for longer periods without constant power draw.

The SPM-ICE I-PRO 2 Mechanical dispenses chilled drinks from two separate 11-litre tanks. To operate, the user fills each tank with the chosen beverage, then sets the mechanical controls to either production mode for high demand or night mode to conserve energy. The machine chills the contents, and the LED lighting illuminates the tanks, enhancing visibility and presentation. When ready, the operator opens the tap to serve the drink directly into cups or glasses.

Constructed with an insulated I-Tank bowl, the dispenser minimises the effect of ambient temperature on the stored beverages. The exterior is available in black or white, and the unit includes LED lighting powered by R290 refrigerant. The mechanical controls allow manual adjustment of chilling intensity, while the compact footprint of 400 mm width, 580 mm depth, and 870 mm height fits easily on a worktop or counter.

The 0.9 kW power rating indicates the load the dispenser places on the electrical supply, suitable for a standard 220-240 V circuit found in most professional kitchens. At 70 kg, the unit is stable but requires careful handling when moved. The dual 11-litre capacity allows for two different beverages to be served simultaneously, reducing the need for frequent refills during service.

Cleaning involves emptying the tanks, rinsing them with water, and wiping down the exterior surfaces. The mechanical controls and taps should be checked regularly to ensure smooth operation. Optional upgrades include an autofill lid for automatic tank refilling, a high refrigeration capacity model for faster chilling, and an n-UVA sanitation system to maintain hygiene.
