Professional heated display case with sliding doors, a heated glass-ceramic base and 1 shelf, designed for displaying hot food and maintaining it at an optimal temperature. The unit is equipped with overhead halogen heating and lighting, as well as individually adjustable temperature control.
A heated display case keeps plated dishes at serving temperature while presenting them to customers. The unit uses a ceramic-glass base and shelf heated by concealed silicone elements. These elements warm the surface evenly, eliminating cold spots and maintaining a consistent temperature across the entire display area. Halogen lamps above the glass provide both illumination and supplementary heat, ensuring dishes remain at the desired warmth and look appealing under bright, focused light.
The operator loads the case from the service side through sliding doors. A single shelf holds gastronorm trays or plated items. Two digital thermostats allow separate control of the base and shelf temperatures, letting the kitchen set each level to match the food being displayed. The control panel connects via a one-metre cable, so it can be mounted in a nearby cupboard or under the worktop without moving the main unit.
The case is built for flush installation in a worktop. The frame is stainless steel with a brushed finish. The base and shelf are 4 mm ceramic glass, while the side panels are 8 mm tinted glass for visibility and safety. Once fitted, the unit projects 13 mm above the worktop, creating a seamless edge that is easy to clean and blends with the surrounding surfaces.
A power rating of 1.965 kW indicates the load the case places on the electrical circuit. The 220-240 V single-phase supply matches standard UK commercial wiring. The 96 kg weight means the unit is moved with a trolley or two people. The 1115 x 720 x 924 mm footprint defines the space it occupies on the worktop and the depth required for installation.
Cleaning involves wiping the ceramic-glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The sliding doors and tinted side panels can be cleaned with glass cleaner. The control panel should be kept dry, and the silicone heating elements underneath the glass require no maintenance beyond occasional inspection for debris.
The case is designed for built-in use in professional kitchens and service counters. The service side has sliding doors for staff access, while the customer side remains closed, keeping the display focused and hygienic.
