Professional heated display case designed for installation against a wall, with a heated glass-ceramic base and 2 shelves, intended for displaying hot food and maintaining it at an optimal temperature. The unit is equipped with overhead halogen heating and lighting, as well as individually adjustable temperature control.
A heated display case built to mount against a wall, keeping food at serving temperature while presenting it openly to customers. The unit uses concealed silicone heating elements beneath ceramic-glass shelves and base to spread heat evenly across the entire surface. Halogen lamps above the shelves add both illumination and supplementary warming, ensuring food stays at the set point and looks appealing under bright, focused light.
The operator loads up to four GN1/1 gastronorm trays onto the two ceramic-glass shelves and the ceramic-glass base. Three independent digital thermostats—one for the base and one for each shelf—allow separate temperature settings between +30 °C and +100 °C. A one-metre control-cable lets the panel be placed in a cupboard below the worktop, keeping the front uncluttered. Once the desired temperatures are set, the elements and lamps maintain them automatically, so staff can concentrate on service rather than adjustment.
The case is constructed from stainless steel with a brushed finish. The base and two shelves are 4 mm thick ceramic glass; the side panels are 8 mm tempered glass for visibility and safety. The rear panel is polished stainless steel, making the unit suitable for wall mounting. When installed in a worktop, the case sits proud by 13 mm, creating a neat, sealed edge that prevents spills from running underneath.
The 380-415 V 3-phase supply draws 4.97 kW, which is typical for a unit of this size in a commercial kitchen. The 101 kg weight means it should be positioned on a sturdy worktop or fixed cabinet before use. Overall dimensions of 1440 mm wide, 720 mm deep and 924 mm high give a compact footprint that fits against a wall without projecting into the customer aisle.
Cleaning is straightforward: the ceramic-glass surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, while the stainless-steel rear and side panels can be sanitised with standard kitchen cleaners. The open client side allows easy access for wiping down the glass shelves and base after service.
This model is a wall-type variant, designed for installation against a solid wall with the service side closed and the customer side open.
