Professional heated display case designed for installation against a wall, with a heated glass-ceramic base and 2 shelves, intended for displaying hot food and maintaining it at an optimal temperature. The unit is equipped with overhead halogen heating and lighting, as well as individually adjustable temperature control.
A heated display case that mounts flush against a wall, leaving the customer side open for self-service while the service side remains closed. The unit holds three standard GN1/1 gastronorm trays on a glass-ceramic base and two additional glass shelves above it. The base and shelves are heated by silicone elements embedded beneath the glass-ceramic surfaces. These elements reach operating temperature quickly and distribute heat evenly across the entire surface, keeping food at a consistent warmth without hot or cold spots. Halogen lamps above the shelves provide both illumination and supplementary heating, ensuring food stays at the desired temperature while being attractively presented. Three independent electronic thermostats with digital displays allow precise control of the base and each shelf. The control panel connects via a 1 m cable, so it can be mounted separately—under a worktop or inside a cupboard—keeping the workspace uncluttered. The case is built from stainless steel with a brushed finish on the exterior. The base and shelves are made from 4 mm high-strength glass-ceramic, while the side panels are 8 mm tempered glass for visibility and safety. The rear panel is polished stainless steel, designed to sit against a wall. When installed, the unit projects a 13 mm lip above the worktop, creating a seamless, stable integration. The 3.62 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated circuit suitable for commercial kitchens. The 220-240 V single-phase connection matches standard UK voltage. The 96 kg weight means the unit should be positioned on a sturdy worktop or base, with assistance recommended for moving. The 1115 x 720 x 924 mm footprint defines the space it occupies, fitting into a standard run of catering equipment. The seamless stainless-steel rear panel lifts away from the wall for quick wipe-downs without disturbing the glass shelves or silicone heating mats beneath. The glass-ceramic base and shelves can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner once cooled. The tempered glass side panels should be cleaned with glass cleaner to maintain visibility. The halogen lamps are protected but should be checked periodically for dust accumulation to ensure consistent lighting and heating. This model is designed for built-in installation in a worktop, with the wall-type configuration allowing placement against a wall. The open customer side provides easy access to food, while the closed service side keeps the rear of the unit tidy and secure.
