Professional gas cooktop with 6 burners, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The model provides precise flame control, a high level of operational safety, and easy day-to-day maintenance.
A gas cooking top transfers heat directly from flame to pan, giving instant response and precise control over cooking temperature. The burner mixes gas with air in a venturi, producing a steady ring of fire that heats the base of the pan evenly. Adjusting the gas valve changes the flame height and heat output, allowing the chef to sear, simmer or hold at a constant temperature without waiting for elements to heat up or cool down.
The PCT-912G is installed on a worktop or counter. The chef places a pan on one of the six cast-iron grates, each with a removable stainless-steel centre bar for stability. A pilot flame at each burner provides immediate ignition without an external spark, while a thermocouple safety system automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame extinguishes. The control knobs, rated IPX5 for water resistance, allow fine adjustment of the flame for each burner independently.
Operation begins by turning the knob to the pilot position, lighting the small flame, then continuing to the desired heat setting. The chef monitors cooking visually and by touch, adjusting the knobs as needed. After use, the grates and drip trays lift off for cleaning, and the front control panel can be removed to reach the interior.
The unit is constructed from 2 mm thick 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin polish. Edges are rounded, and chrome-plated details and a rear protective panel add durability. The cooking surface measures 1200 mm wide by 900 mm deep, with a total height of 280 mm. Adjustable feet ensure a stable, level installation on uneven floors.
A 45 kW power rating indicates the total gas load the unit draws, determining the size of the gas supply line and the ventilation required in the kitchen. The 131 kg weight means the unit is moved with a trolley or two-person lift and secured in place to prevent shifting during use.
Removable drip trays collect spills and grease, preventing them from reaching the interior. The front control panel detaches for access to gas connections and internal components. Grates and centre bars are dishwasher-safe, while the stainless steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and non-abrasive cleaner.
The PCT-912G includes conversion nozzles to adapt the burners for different gas types. No additional variants or versions are specified.
