Professional gas range with 2 burners and an integrated water bath, designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The integrated water bath with a continuous water supply and overflow system helps keep the work area cleaner. The durable AISI 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long service life and easy daily maintenance.
A professional gas range built for continuous service in commercial kitchens, combining two high-output burners with an integrated water bath on a single worktop. The unit stands on an open stainless-steel shelf that keeps utensils and ingredients within arm's reach while keeping the floor clear for cleaning.
Gas burners transfer heat directly to pots and pans through an open flame, eliminating the lag of electric elements and giving the chef instant control over heat intensity. Each burner is fitted with a pilot light, thermocouple and safety valve that cuts the gas supply if the flame fails, preventing unburned gas from accumulating. The cast-iron grates provide a stable, durable surface that supports heavy stockpots and frying pans without warping or shifting.
The integrated water bath maintains a constant supply of hot water for poaching, blanching or holding sauces. A tap fills the bath from the mains, while an overflow outlet prevents spills onto the worktop. Water circulates continuously, so the temperature remains even and the bath is ready for immediate use without waiting for a full tank to heat.
Operation begins by adjusting the feet to level the range on the kitchen floor. The gas supply is connected, and the conversion kit adapts the burners to either natural gas or LPG. Once lit, the pilot flames stay alight; turning the control knobs ignites the main burners and adjusts their output from a gentle simmer to full rolling boil. The water bath is filled via the tap and left to run until the overflow outlet signals it is full. Pots are placed directly on the grates, and the chef monitors the flame and adjusts the knobs as needed.
The entire construction is 18/10 CrNi AISI 304 stainless steel, finished in a Scotch-Brite satin that resists fingerprints and scratches. The 2 mm thick worktop has rounded edges for safety and durability. Chrome-plated trim and a rear splash guard protect the controls from splashes, and the IPX5-rated control knobs are sealed against water jets, allowing thorough cleaning without risk of electrical shorting.
Controls consist of two gas knobs, one for each burner, and a water-tap lever. The knobs regulate the gas flow and flame height, while the tap controls the water supply to the bath. No electrical connection is required, so the range can be installed anywhere a gas line is available.
The 14 kW power rating indicates the total gas load the unit draws, which must be matched to the kitchen's gas supply and ventilation. The 63 kg weight means the range is moved by two people or a trolley, and the 400 × 705 × 900 mm footprint defines the space it occupies on the worktop line. The open shelf beneath adds storage without increasing the overall width.
Cleaning is simplified by the removable front control panel, which gives access to all internal components. The stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the grates and burners lift off for soaking. The water bath drains through the overflow outlet, and the tap is flushed to prevent limescale build-up.
The range is supplied with a conversion kit for switching between natural gas and LPG, allowing installation in kitchens with either supply.
