Gas convection oven FM industrial STG 71 M GAS

The STG 71 M GAS is a gas convection oven by FM industrial.

This oven cooks food by circulating hot air using an internal fan, ensuring even heat distribution for consistent results, promoting browning and crisping.

Food is placed in 1/1 GN trays. The temperature can be set between 0 and 250 °C using the controller. The timer ranges from 0 to 120 minutes and includes a continuous mode. A fan reverse function is present, and an end-of-cycle warning indicates completion. Humidity is adjustable from 0 to 100%. Manual fire safety control is included.

The oven features a door with folding glass and interior LED lighting. A safety thermostat is fitted. A 3/4” water connection is provided.

The capacity is 7x1/1 GN trays, with a distance of 67 mm between trays. The maximum temperature is 250 °C. The oven requires a 400 V electrical supply and has a power rating of 0.65 kW. Its dimensions are 790 mm (length) x 900 mm (width) x 840 mm (height). The unit weighs 112 kg.
