Charcoal oven FM industrial ST G500 S

The FM industrial ST G500 S is a charcoal oven designed for professional kitchens. This type of oven operates by burning charcoal within a contained firebox, generating high heat that cooks food placed on grills or in pans above the coals. The heat is radiated directly from the coals and reflected by the oven walls.

To use the ST G500 S, charcoal is loaded onto the foundry fire plan. The oven requires approximately 45 minutes for the fire to reach its working temperature. Once the charcoal is burning, the temperature can be regulated within a range of 250 °C to 350 °C. Food is then placed within the oven, with the capacity to hold 2x GN1/1 containers.
