Freezer 270 liters with heated glass doors, temperature range -24 to -14 °C
A static freezer draws heat from stored goods through evaporator coils built into each shelf, circulating cold air by natural convection. This method keeps the temperature even without a fan, reducing moving parts and simplifying maintenance. The six fixed freezing shelves, each with integrated coils, spread the cold across every level, so every item freezes at the same rate and stays at the set temperature.
The heated glass doors prevent condensation from forming on the outside, so customers see the frozen goods clearly without fogging. Internal LED lighting illuminates the shelves, making products stand out and helping staff restock quickly. The operator loads the shelves, sets the temperature between -24 and -14 °C, and leaves the static system to maintain the cold. A defrost water drain collects melted ice and directs it out of the cabinet, so the unit stays dry and easy to clean.
The cabinet is built with six fixed shelves in stainless steel, each measuring 470 by 413 millimetres. The exterior dimensions of 595 by 640 by 1840 millimetres fit into standard worktop layouts, while the 270 litre volume holds bulk frozen stock. At 95 kilograms, the unit is moved with a trolley but stays stable once positioned. The 0.570 kilowatt power rating draws a steady load on a 220-240 volt, 50 hertz circuit, typical for professional kitchens.
Cleaning involves wiping the shelves and interior surfaces, emptying the defrost water drain, and checking the door seals. The static cooling system has no fan or filters to service, so upkeep focuses on keeping the coils free of ice and the glass clear of smudges.
