A ventilated cooling system circulates cold air evenly throughout the cabinet, keeping every shelf at the same low temperature without hot or cold spots. This steady airflow prevents frost build-up and maintains consistent freezing across all stored items.

The operator loads products onto the four adjustable wire shelves, which slide into place at different heights to fit items of varying sizes. The hinged glass door opens fully for easy access, while its heated panel stops condensation from forming, ensuring a clear view of the contents at all times. LED lighting inside the cabinet highlights the products, making them visible even in dimly lit areas.

To set the temperature, the user adjusts the electronic thermostat via the digital display, choosing any value between -24 °C and -10 °C. The automatic defrost function runs periodically, reducing the need for manual cleaning. A lock on the door secures the contents, and adjustable legs with rear castors allow the unit to be moved and levelled on uneven floors.

The freezer is constructed in white with a stainless-steel interior liner and four white wire shelves. It operates on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 0.3 kW, which suits a standard single-phase kitchen circuit. The 340 L capacity provides ample space for frozen goods, while the 600 mm width and 595 mm depth fit within typical worktop runs. The 80 kg weight allows two people to reposition the unit when needed.

Cleaning involves wiping down the wire shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth, and occasionally emptying the condensate tray if the automatic defrost cycle does not fully evaporate the moisture. The glass door can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner to maintain visibility.
