Freezer TEFCOLD F3DB

An upright freezer of 1090 litres keeps frozen stock at a steady -22 to -18 °C by circulating cold air across every shelf. A fan draws air over an evaporator coil chilled by R290 refrigerant, then pushes it evenly through the cabinet so that every item is exposed to the same temperature. The coil periodically defrosts itself to prevent ice build-up, maintaining airflow and efficiency without manual intervention.

The operator loads the shelves through a triple-glazed, self-closing glass door that stays clear of condensation by a low-voltage heating element. Internal LED lighting switches on automatically when the door opens, illuminating the contents for display or retrieval. Fifteen adjustable wire shelves can be repositioned to suit different package heights, while a stainless-steel base with a mirror finish reflects the light and protects the cabinet floor.

A digital controller on the front panel sets the target temperature within the -22 to -18 °C range and displays the current reading. The unit runs on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, drawing 1.28 kW under normal conditions. Four lockable wheels allow the freezer to be moved for cleaning or repositioning, while the 305 kg weight ensures stability once in place.

The ventilated cooling system requires no daily defrosting; the automatic cycle removes ice from the coil while the fan keeps air moving. Shelves and interior surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth, and the glass door can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. The stainless-steel base resists corrosion and is easy to sanitise.
